Position Profile

Office AssistantOffice Assistant maintains office operations by monitor incoming emails and answer or forward as required; maintaining supplies and equipment; picking-up and delivering items; in charge of the first interviews; helping the Office Manager.


Main activities:

  • – organize the office work
  • – monitor incoming emails and answer or forward as required
  • – helping the Office Manager
  • – co-ordinate and organize appointments and meetings
  • – organize travel arrangements for staff
  • – recruiting candidates for open positions for the office located in Plovdiv
  • – in charge of the first interviews
  • – assist with event planning and implementation
  • – keep office area clean and tidy



  • – High School Diploma or equivalent
  • – Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
  • – Excellent organizational skills
  • – Nice personality – cheerful and friendly person
  • – Previous office experience may be requested but this can also be entry level position
  • – Competent computer skills including MS Office or equivalent
  • – internet skills including use of e-mails, group messaging and data collection
